We can only learn and heal when we feel safe. That's why >Relaxation is a crucial component of my work because it calms the nervous system. Some of the tools I apply are breathing exercises, body scans, meditation, restorative yoga poses, as well as gentle massage and cranio sacral therapy.
I develop a movement program for each client that balances mobility and strength using traditional yoga poses and functional movement exercises. Considering each person's goals, injuries, range of motion and fitness level, I utilize methods including functional muscle testing, targeted manual release techniques, isometric push/pull patterns, and postural and corrective exercises to help each person move towards increased health and vitality.
