I offer clients a blend of soft tissue work, yoga, functional movement exercises, and mindfulness practices. My goal is to help them maximize their level of awareness and well-being.
Relaxation is a crucial component of my work because it soothes the nervous system and makes mind and body more receptive for repatterning. Some of the tools I apply are breathing exercises, body scans, meditation, restorative yoga poses, as well as gentle massage and cranio sacral therapy.
I develop a movement program for each client that balances flexibility and strength using traditional yoga poses and functional movement exercises. Considering each person's goals, injuries, range of motion and fitness level, I utilize methods including functional muscle testing, targeted manual release techniques, isometric push/pull patterns, and postural and corrective exercises to help each person move towards increased health and vitality.
